I think you would probably get better utility from a couple of heavy cruisers than a single battlecruiser. The armament looks good, perhaps a tad overkill on the LAA but given the size of the Chinese AF having some good dakka is probably a wise move. Armour looks good, I might have been tempted for a tad more deck armour but that would probably bloat the ship a bit in terms of displacement. Speed and range seems pretty standard. Is there any particular reason for the overall 1.05 hull strength? ...
