The Governments of Iberia and Italy have issued a joint note offering their condolences to the Royal Family and People of Nordmark. They thank Germany and the UK as well as France for their understanding and help while coming to Denmark's assistance.
I addition Iberia and Italy offer any help Nordmark might need in getting to the bottom of this unfortunate affair.

Also

The Iberian and Italian cruisers which have been operating with the Royal Danish Navy have pulled into Copenhagen and their crews are enjoying 96 hours' liberty. It is our understanding that their welcome was very warm and that they are enjoying themselves tremendously.

The Italian cruiser Panthera, which is at present docked in Copenhagen is to be refitted upon it's return to Italy. The high speed dash exposed serious faults with her turbines. The return voyage will continue at a more lesiurely pace, with visits to Southampton, cadiz and possibly Brest.

Angola and Santiago de Cuba will be accompanying MM Panthera, therefore the Iberian Government also asks the Government of Franc whether a visit by these two cruisers in Brest would be welcome?
