Well Bulgaria has a small navy and 3 factory's to build materials for more. You also have Turkey next door looking to downsize its navy somewhat and perhaps even build some designs for other nations.

Seems to me like it would be the perfect choice for a new player.

Have fun with Bulgaria

I once tinkered with the idea of picking up Ire/Rumania or Bulgaria, but I seem to have more than enough news to type as it is

Plus Belgium gives me a small navy to play with.

Well I thought I was getting a country with some Black Sea front property. However, if either Atlantis or Turkey are giving me their Med coastline, im not going to object
